FIELD: vessels for containing or storing gases.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for short-term accumulation or long-term storage of liquefied gases in water areas of northern and southern seas, as well as various water bodies. Underwater liquefied gases storage system is a housing formed by a bottom and a shell in the form of a hemisphere, connected to each other by means of a telescopic insert, which form an inner sealed space of the housing, in which there is a flexible membrane intended for loading of liquefied gas, which is fixed on the cover through the control unit, with at least one branch pipe for discharge and filling of liquefied gas. Shell comprises an inspection hatch, at least two pipes for pumping water into the space between the housing and the membrane with automatic water supply/drainage devices installed on them, water cooling system installed between membrane and housing, and at least one layer of heat insulation, which is located on inner surface of housing.
EFFECT: improved functionality, operational reliability and environmental safety with simultaneous simplification of the design, as well as wider field of its use and range of technical means.
