SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical gynaecology. A urethral catheter is inserted into the bladder. Hydropreparation of the anterior vaginal wall is performed with normal saline, a median incision of the anterior vaginal wall, dissection of paravaginal tissues, anterior subfascial colporrhaphy with a corset suture. A wound of the anterior vaginal wall is sutured, and after the hydraulic dissection of the posterior wall of the vagina with normal saline, the posterior wall of the vagina is incised, dissection of paravaginal tissues, posterior subfascial colporrhaphy with corset suture, perineoplasty, suturing of posterior wall of vagina, perineal skin. An abdominal cavity is entered and revised, a peritoneum is dissected, tissues are dissected with mobilizing an anterior surface of the cervix and a right pectineal ligament, to which UroSling 1 mesh endoprosthesis is fixed with a non-absorbable suture. Peritonisation is performed. An anterior and posterior subfascial colporrhaphy with a corset suture and a perineoplasty with an absorbable suture are performed via a vaginal approach. A laparoscopic approach involves unilateral fixation of the mesh endoprosthesis UroSling 1 with a non-absorbable suture to the anterior surface of the cervix at the level of the isthmic-cervical junction and to the right pectineal ligament.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of laparoscopic treatment of pelvic organ prolapse in females with simultaneous reduction of risks of iatrogenic injuries and operation time.
