FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology and gynaecology. Surgical approach is performed, Foley catheter is installed, flap is formed and endoprosthesis is installed. Flap is formed with size of at least 20×15 mm from the anterior vaginal wall in the projection of the middle one-third of the urethra. UroSling endoprosthesis is implanted; the endoprosthesis is positioned at the level of the flap of the anterior vaginal wall. Flap of the size matched with that of the vaginal flap is excised of the endoprosthesis. Lateral edges of the flap are sutured from the anterior vaginal wall to the edges of the remaining UroSling endoprosthesis.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in stress urinary incontinence in females and reduced risk of erosion in a middle one-third of urethra.
