FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, otorhinolaryngology and oncology. At the first stage, the size and shape of the defect to be closed is determined. Individual implant is made from the TPU material by FDM 3D printing. Then incision is made and skin-subcutaneous-platysmal flaps are formed. Flaps are mobilized and wrapped with the epithelial side inside the tracheal lumen and connected by a continuous semi-purse intradermal suture to form an inner layer of the defect closure area. Then a muscle bed is formed for the manufactured implant, in which it is placed and fixed with interrupted sutures. Thereafter, an outer layer of the defect closure area is formed by bringing the wound edges closer to the area of skin-subcutaneous-platysmal flaps.
EFFECT: method enables simultaneous closure of complex extensive defects of the larynx and/or cervical calving of the trachea, providing a high functional result, reducing the risk of wound complications, accelerating the length of rehabilitation and socialization of the patients.
