FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: linear incision of skin, subcutaneous fat, subcutaneous neck muscle is performed along the laringtraheostomy edge at a 2 cm distance under endotracheal anesthesia with intubation through the mouth. Skin-subcutaneous-platysmal flap is mobilized in the direction of the trachea side wall. The medial portion of the sternocleidomastoid muscle is mobilized and fixed to the side walls. A bed is formed in the medial portion of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, where polytetrafluoroethylene based ksenomaterial is placed. The installed material is fixed in the muscle tissue by interrupted sutures and covered by the skin-subcutaneous-platysmal flap. The wound is sutured in layers.
EFFECT: method allows early rehabilitation of larynx and trachea functions.
