SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food additives and can be used to strengthen body resistance and prevent respiratory diseases, predominantly living in extreme climatic conditions of the Russian Federation. Complex food additive in the form of microcapsules includes a core and a shell. At that, core consists of complex compound of powder form of concentrate of rape phospholipids, marsh cinquefoil root, rosehips, crowberry, alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), dietary supplement "Zinc + D + C + Quercetin", succinic acid, calcium chloride and vitamin D3. Coating consists of a phospholipid-pectin mixture with maltodextrin; the initial components are taken in the following ratio, g/20 g: concentrate of rapeseed phospholipids—4.55, marsh cinquefoil root—5.00, rosehips—5.50, crowberry—2.80, alpha-tocopherol acetate—0.50, dietary supplement "Zinc + D + C + Quercetin"—0.50, succinic acid—0.01, calcium chloride—0.04, vitamin D3—0.10, phospholipid-pectin mixture with maltodextrin—1.00.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a complex food additive with an optimal physiological ratio of ingredients having an immunocorrective action, providing effective prevention of respiratory diseases with high digestibility of vitamins C, E, flavonoids having high antioxidant activity.
