FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measuring magnetic field. Microwave radiation source used is a direct digital synthesis synthesizer controlled by digital signals and allowing to read ODMR (optically detected magnetic resonance) resonance positions from NV centres, made with possibility of operation at frequency in range of 2-4 GHz, modulated by amplitude and frequency, with an antenna for irradiating the spin system with microwave radiation so that resonances of the ODMR NV centre are not broadened.

EFFECT: enabling reduction of power consumption and compensation of external effect of temperature, as well as providing the possibility of measuring amplitude and direction of the induction vector of an external magnetic field.
