FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, occupational pathology. Ultrasonic and neurophysiological examinations are performed in the patients suffering from the combined effect of local and general vibration. Following parameters are determined: maximum linear blood flow velocity of the internal carotid artery LBFV max ICA by USDG, internal carotid artery circulatory resistance index RI ICA by USDG, θ-rhythm index in the right frontal lead by EEG, θ-rhythm index in the left occipital lead by EEG, β1-rhythm index in the left occipital lead by EEG, β2-rhythm index in the left occipital lead by EEG, θ-rhythm index in the right parietal lead by EEG, level of permanent potential of left parietal lead Ps according to NEM, level of constant potential of right central lead Cd by NEM, level of constant potential of central occipital lead Oz by NEM. Discriminant function F is calculated. Obtained result is compared with a constant. If F is greater than a constant, the patient is diagnosed with signs of impaired functional activity of the brain associated with vibration disease from the combined effect of local and general vibration. If F is less than or equal to a constant, signs of impaired functional activity of the brain are not associated with vibration disease from the combined effect of local and general vibration.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency and accuracy of diagnosing disturbed functional activity of brain in patients with vibration disease caused by combined effect of local and general vibration, makes it possible to select such patients into a risk group of developing central nervous system damage by assessing a set of the most informative diagnostic parameters.
