FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for pressing steel billets of rectangular cross-section. Device contains matrix and two pairs of rolls with smooth barrel. Matrix has inlet, middle and outlet internal channels of the same cross section. Rollers are installed at the inlet of the internal channels of the matrix and at the outlet of the above channels. Inlet and outlet channels are located parallel to each other. Middle channel is located at an obtuse angle to the input and output channels, the value of which exceeds 120°, but less than 135°. Non-drive rollers are installed in inner corners of joints of the middle channel with inlet and outlet channels.
EFFECT: improved processing of material structure of deformable workpiece in one pass.
