SUBSTANCE: proposed converter designed for converting dc voltage into balanced three-phase voltages has inverter 1 incorporating first and second series-connected transistors 2 and 3, respectively, inverter capacitor 4, control unit 5, and revolving-field transformer 6 incorporating first and second primary windings 7 and 8, respectively, phase-shifting capacitor 9, and secondary windings 10, 11, 12, as well as leads Ud for connecting dc power supply and leads A, B, C for three-phase load connection.

EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of converter.
