FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and molecular biology. Described is recombinant plasmid DNA coding microRNA hsa-miR-145-5p, for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases and determining the risk of their development, wherein the recombinant plasmid DNA comprises an oligonucleotide insert with a sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 1 coding microRNA hsa-miR-145-5p, flanked by Eco47I restriction site sequences, and wherein the recombinant plasmid DNA has a sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 4 and an arrangement of elements as shown in Fig. 1. Also described is the use of recombinant plasmid DNA coding microRNA hsa-miR-145-5p, according to cl. 1 as a positive control for real-time PCR for the purpose of diagnosing cardiovascular diseases and determining the risk of their development.
