FIELD: molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method for predicting the risk of recurrent miscarriage, involving determination of the level of relative expression of genes miR-34a and miR-145 relative to the reference gene miR-16 in tissue samples from paraffin blocks by real-time PCR using oligonucleotide primers. When determining the level of relative gene expression miR-34a < 0.65 and/or relative gene expression miR-145 < 0.7, predicting risk of recurrent miscarriage, and at relative expression values gene miR-34a ≥ 0.65 and gene miR-145 ≥ 0.7, conclusion is made on absence of threat of development of recurrent miscarriage.

EFFECT: detection of specificity of genetic markers of microRNA expression of genes miR-34a and miR-145 in tissue samples from paraffin blocks.
