FIELD: heat supply.
SUBSTANCE: method of organizing heat supply of an individual thermal point, comprising direct and return water pipelines, connected to direct and return network water pipelines of a centralized heat supply system, cold water supply pipeline and heat carrier mix pipeline from return water pipeline, consisting in the fact that the heat carrier from the centralized heat supply system with the parameters specified by the temperature schedule, taking into account the transportation, is supplied to the individual thermal point, when the temperature required for the consumer is exceeded, the temperature is controlled through the heat carrier mix pipeline in the required proportions, characterized by that heat point is equipped with electric boiler for electric heating of heat carrier, at that, when the temperature of the heat carrier decreases, according to the requirements of the temperature schedule, the electric boiler is switched on to perform electric heating of the heat carrier to the temperature required by the consumer, and if the heat carrier pressure at the inlet to the heat point deviates beyond the permissible limits, the heat supply is transferred from the centralized to the individual one by disconnecting the direct and return pipelines of the heat point from the centralized heat supply system and closing the internal circuit of the heat carrier circulation, in which electric boiler becomes heat energy source, and make-up of the internal circuit is carried out by connecting the heat point to the cold water supply pipeline.
EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted and quality of heat supply to heat receivers at underheating and violations of normal modes of centralized heat supply system.
