FIELD: generation, conversion, or distribution of electric power.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used in electric power industry as warning light signalling for overhead power transmission lines, the wires of which are interference for large-size vehicles and construction equipment. Disclosed signal marker for overhead power transmission lines consists of hollow tubes made from foamed rubber having high moisture resistance, with a slot along the entire length for connection to the marked object, covered with a light-reflecting tape with alternating red and white strips. At the same time attachment to wires of the overhead line is carried out by means of a fixture, which is a metal clip with width of 10 mm and diameter of 40 mm, with ends bent outwards.
EFFECT: simple and reliable method of marking the boundaries of overhead power transmission lines, without using complex devices.
