FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to creation of batteries of hydrogen-air fuel cells with mono- and bipolar plates. Mono- and bipolar plates of a new type with high mechanical strength are used, which is titanium coated with titanium nitride, wherein the plate thickness is 3-5 mm, on the cathode side there are vertical channels with width of 1.4-1.6 mm and depth of 1.5-2.0 mm, and on anode side serpentine channels with channel width of 1.4-1.6 mm and depth of 0.9-1.1 mm.
EFFECT: high mechanical strength, gas impermeability, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity.
