SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing having an elongated space for insertion, which is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the housing. Device also has a cartridge connected to the body so as to adjoin the insertion space. Device also has a partition formed on the body between the insertion space and the cartridge and configured to form a first space inside it. Device also has a sensor mounted on the body and electrically connected to a board located in the first space.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using the space in which the substrate is placed, high airtightness and stability of operation.
