SUBSTANCE: aerosol generating device comprises a housing containing a housing intended for holding an aerosol generating article and configured to accommodate at least one electronic component, a heater located in the accommodation space and configured to heat the article to generate an aerosol placed in the housing space, a cartridge releasably connected to the housing and comprising a storage in which the aerosol generating material is stored, and an evaporator configured to receive and heat the material to generate an aerosol, wherein the housing comprises a vent formed between the housing and the cartridge and made with possibility of passage of air heated by heat generated by heater or evaporator.
