FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and can be used to produce compounds-precursors of active cathode material for lithium-ion accumulators used for power supply of portable, stationary devices and electrified vehicles. Process line for producing a compound of a precursor of an active cathode material for a lithium-ion battery, which is a mixed hydroxide-sulphate of transition metals, containing alloying additives, contains at least two reactors for precipitation of the compound-precursor, which input is connected to the initial components storage unit, and the output is connected to the said active cathode material precursor compound sediment holding, and an automated system for controlling said precipitation reactors and a holding vessel for maintaining pH and temperature in said precipitation reactors and holding vessel.
EFFECT: process line higher efficiency, uniform distribution of transition metals and alloying additives on particles, average particle size, particle size distribution and tapped density.
