FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in production wells to reduce pressure of associated gas in annular space. Gas outlet valve contains a disconnecting packer with a working chamber installed between the production string and the tubing string. Working chamber is made of two connected parts. First part of the working chamber is equipped with a membrane connected to the rod with possibility of back-and-forth movement, which is placed in the first and second parts of the working chamber. Shutoff element is connected to the float through a thread laid in the breathing tube and the flexible tip. First and second parts of the working chamber are interconnected by a discharge tube. Discharge tube is interconnected with the discharge tube installed in the second part of the working chamber through a hole in the rod. Working chamber is rigidly fixed in the packer cavity by means of breathing and outlet tubes and is interconnected with the under-packer and above-packer spaces.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of gas outlet valve operation due to provision of timely gas pumping from under disconnecting packer in annular space of the well.
