METHOD FOR DOUBLE SPECTRAL ANALYSIS AND WEIGHTED PROCESSING OF QUASI-CONTINUOUS SIGNALS IN ABSENCE OF PRIORI INFORMATION ON PARAMETERS THEREOF Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G01S13/04 G01S7/41

Abstract RU 2838368 C1

FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and specifically to methods and means of detecting a source of a coherent regular sequence of radio pulses (CRSRP) with low energy availability in radio monitoring (RM) tasks. In the disclosed method, broadband spectral Fourier transform of the input implementation in the frequency band and a time window of spectral analysis, squaring the generated amplitude-frequency spectrum (ASF) of the input implementation, inverse Fourier transform - calculating the autocorrelation function (ACF) of the input implementation, blanking the central maximum of the ACF of the implementation and its multichannel gating, which is determined by the repetition frequency and duration of the surveyed pulses, followed by summation of the moduli of the obtained values and threshold processing. After calculating the ACF of the input implementation, the ACF weighing is performed, which is consistent with the accumulation time and the analysis bandwidth, excluding from processing the central main maximum of the implementation, taking into account the unevenness of the effect of noise on the lateral local maxima and emphasizing the deterministic structure of the signal component and the random nature of the noise, Fourier transform of the obtained sample, squaring the obtained spectrum, inverse spectral Fourier transform, calculation of decision statistics with subsequent threshold processing by Neumann-Pearson criterion.

EFFECT: reducing the number of processing channels of the receiving device of the RM means and eliminating the requirement for a priori information on the repetition frequency ranges and duration of the CRSRP pulses while providing given detection characteristics.
