SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as the main fodder for sterlet growing. As initial components, the feedstuff includes defatted flour with protein content of 60–70%, fish oil, vegetable oil, wheat offal, sunflower lecithin and vitamin-mineral complex, characterized by protein content—not less than 50%, fat content—not less than 20%, fiber—not less than 2%, ash—not less than 7%. Flour is represented by defatted flour of black soldier fly larvae grown on brewer grains and vegetable wastes.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of fish weight gain at reduction of fodder costs.
