FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fodder production and poultry farming, in particular to the method for producing the biologically active fodder additive for broiler chickens. Method provides for the growth of the biomass of the pre-pupil flies of the black lion Hermetia illucens when using whey whey with wheat brans as a nutrient substrate at the rate of 5 liters of whey per 2 kg of wheat brans, setting the height of the substrate layer of 5–8 cm, density of setting 7 copies of 6-day-old larvae per 1 cm2 of nutrient substrate. Ambient temperature is maintained in the range of 27–30 °C, substrate humidity is 58–60 wt%. Buildup process lasts for 14 days. Obtained biomass of the pre-pupae with the protein content of 46–47 wt% is dried at the temperature of 45 °C by means of thermo-vacuum-pulse method for 4 hours up to the final moisture content of 7–8 wt%.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to increase the productivity and safety of the broiler chickens, as well as to reduce the fodder consumption.
