FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to electric power systems, and can be used for switching on, off and continuous voltage control of power transformer of all branches of power supply systems. Three main thyristor keys with double-sided current conductivity are additionally introduced into the electronic-electric starting-regulating device on the high side of the power transformer, which are connected in series with the double reactor between the input and output clamps. This allows to keep voltage of consumers at nominal level at three levels of supply mains voltage, positive deviation of supply mains voltage and load current fluctuation. Device, apart from these three voltage levels of supply mains 4, also maintains the voltage at the consumers at the specified level and at two intermediate ranges: the upper and lower ranges.
EFFECT: improved quality of electric power and increased energy indices of the power supply system in case of necessity to control voltage on the high side of the power transformer of the substation, as well as when the power transformer is switched on and off.
