Disc-type elastic coupling element for the shafts connection contains a flat monolithic housing base with a central hole and located in the flat monolithic housing base concentrically to it at least along one concentric circle, at least six concentric bushing inserts, wherein inside the flat monolithic housing base a flexible reinforcing element is located, made in the woven binding of concentric bushing embedded in their outer cylindrical part.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity, reliability and longer life.
