FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, particularly, to multi-cylinder fuel-injection ICEs. The multi-cylinder ICE incorporates a cylinder block, cylinder head with intake and exhaust holes housing intake and exhaust valves, an intake manifold including intake pipes running directly from the intake holes and into a common intake gas accumulation module with its outer walls furnished with solid stiffening ribs. The polymer material module interfin space is filled with a vibration-damping polymer material with a higher loss factor. To increase flexural rigidity and vibration-damping capacity of the module walls, the vibration-damping material is reinforced with a bent metal wire screen of the perforated metal plate. To add to flexural rigidity of the intake module ribbed casing, the aforesaid reinforcing elements are integrated into the vibration-damping material by fitting them into the said casing wall stiffening rubs holes.

EFFECT: production of low-noise internal combustion engine.
