FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in versions of the present invention, a device and a method for generating wind energy are disclosed. Wind power generation device comprises a data collection unit, a wind turbine, a generator, an electric power accumulation unit and a controller. Data collection unit is used to obtain the wind energy value, the controller is used to select the wind turbine operation in accordance with the wind energy value, to drive the generator to generate electric energy and/or to actuate the electric energy accumulation unit for charging. If the wind energy value is between the first wind energy threshold value and the second wind energy threshold value, the wind turbine drives only the generator to generate electric power. If the value of wind energy exceeds the second threshold value of wind energy, the wind turbine simultaneously drives the generator and the electric power accumulation unit for charging. If the value of wind energy is less than the first threshold value of wind energy, the wind turbine only actuates the electric energy accumulation unit for charging or actuates the electric energy accumulation unit to output the induced electric energy outside. Value of the first threshold of wind energy is less than the second threshold value of wind energy. Electric power accumulation unit comprises a magnetic circuit and a group of storage batteries. Actuation of the electric power accumulation unit for charging by means of a wind turbine includes provision of relative rotation between the magnetic circuit and the storage battery by means of the wind turbine to form a rotating magnetic field applied to the storage battery, and generation of induced current under action of rotating magnetic field by means of storage battery for charging of electric power accumulation unit.

EFFECT: improving efficiency and stability of conversion of wind energy into electric energy.
