FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and relates to a method for contactless determination of spatial distribution of whiteness on the surface of an object. Method consists in illumination of investigated area of object with broadband radiation of visible range, formation by optical system of beam of broadband radiation, reflected by this area and transferring its image, registration of several spectral images of an object and combined digital processing of these images.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of contactless quantitative evaluation of the spatial distribution of whiteness and hue on the surface of an object.
