FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cooling devices for cooling an electronic computing device. Cooling apparatus (1) for cooling an electronic computing device comprises first pipeline (10), second pipeline (20), control valve (30) and heat exchanger (40). Control valve (30) is located on second pipeline (20) and divides second pipeline (20) into first branch (23) and second branch (24). Both first pipeline (10) and first branch (23) pass through heat exchanger (40), and heat exchanger (40) is configured to provide heat exchange between first pipeline (10) and first branch (23). Control valve (30) is configured to control the ratio of the liquid flow rate in first branch (23) and the liquid flow rate in second branch (24). Electronic computing device comprises heat-emitting apparatus (200) and a cooling apparatus disposed outside heat-emitting apparatus (200) and configured to perform heat exchange with heat-emitting apparatus (200). Heat-releasing device (200) is provided with third pipeline (210), one end of which is connected to cooling device (1) first pipeline (10), and the other end is connected to cooling device (1) second pipeline (20).
EFFECT: efficiency of temperature control of the liquid used for cooling in the cooling apparatus is increased.
