FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for thermal cavitation oxidative cracking of hydrocarbons, comprising a reactor with an upper tap of a steam-gas mixture and a lower outlet of the non-distilled residue of cracking of hydrocarbon feedstock, The latter is fed with stock and equipped with circulation line including cavitation apparatus connected by its outlet with reactor whereto fed are oxygen and pumped stock from reactor. Feedstock line to reactor 1 includes pipeline 8 equipped with jacket 10, raw material pump 12, pipeline 9 equipped with jacket 11, and the recirculation line successively includes the discharge of raw material from the reactor into jacket 11 of pipeline 9, jacket 14 of cavitation apparatus 13, jacket 10 of pipeline 8 and is connected to the input of the circulation pump, connected to the cavitation apparatus through oxygen flow controller 19, controlled by temperature controller 21 and thermocouple 5 installed in the reactor.
EFFECT: providing a process of thermal cavitation oxidative cracking of hydrocarbons and high efficiency of the device.
