FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for visual recording of temperature excess. Disclosed is a thermal indicator (TI) for visually recording exceeding of at least one temperature threshold value, comprising: a base; at least one gas-filled hot-melt material (GHMM) located on the front surface of the base, configured to irreversibly change transparency when heated above a threshold temperature due to melting of the substance or group of substances included in the GHMM; protective layer, which is transparent for at least part of visible light, which covers GHMM and at least part of base, free from GHMM, at that, at least part of GHMM is located between support elements (SE) made in material of base and/or protective layer. Also disclosed is a thermal indicator (TI) for visual recording of excess of at least one temperature threshold value, having multiple support elements (SE).

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher safety of equipment operation due to use, testing and manufacturing of irreversible thermal indicators, resistant to mechanical actions, with preservation of functional characteristics of gas-filled fusible heat-sensitive material at such actions.
