SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Centrifugal pump for an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system includes a housing and a rotor installed in the housing with the possibility of rotation by means of an axis of constant diameter. Housing consists of upper and lower covers forming a joint in the plane perpendicular to the rotor rotation axis. Inner surface of the housing forms a spiral branch and a diffuser. Lower cover of the housing is replaceable. Outer surface of the lower cover of the housing contains slots or projections for centring and fixing the position of the pump in the mating part of the connected drive of end or radial type. Rotor is made in the form of an impeller of a closed type and a lower cover of the impeller, in which there are permanent magnets for transmitting torque to the rotor from the drive. In the upper cover of the housing there is an inlet branch pipe in the form of a conical bushing. Disclosed is a centrifugal pump kit for an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system, comprising a centrifugal pump for an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system and a set of replaceable bottom covers of the housing for connection to drives of end or radial types.

EFFECT: use of the pump with different types of drives while maintaining high efficiency, low blood injury and small dimensions.
