FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane separation devices for use in blood processing procedures. Filtration device comprises: cylindrical body; internal element installed inside the body; porous membrane, located at distance from the body wall or internal element surface to make annular clearance between them, wherein body and internal element can rotate in relation to each other; inlet for direction of whole blood in annular gap, first outlet to direct plasma passing through membrane to container for collection; and second outlet for direction of remaining blood components from annular gap, wherein device also has a high perfusion area, covered with membrane, and static area and includes radial projection, which separates area of high perfusion from static area.
EFFECT: technical result is increased degree and rate of blood separation.
