FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for membrane separation. Methods of filling the membrane separator with a rotating membrane, wherein the separator includes a housing with top and bottom, the membrane is configured to rotate around a vertically oriented axis, at that, a gap is formed between the body and the membrane, and the membrane includes a vertically-oriented surface through which the separation takes place, wherein the method comprises solution injection through the housing bottom channel; additional solution flowing for filling the housing bottom channel in order to form the dividing interface for filling solution - air in the gap between the housing and the membrane which moves upwards through the housing and upwards through the membrane surface to displace the air inside the housing and to push the air through the housing top channel with membrane moistening; and continuation of additional solution flow through the housing bottom channel into the gap. Fluid processing circuit is announced as well.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of risk related to air bubbles introduction to the patient in case of medication by means of membrane separation devices.
