SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treating chronic tension headache in children. There are 12 sessions, during each of which the patient consistently performs the following exercises: twisting the body forward on a horizontal bench by the force of the abdominal press, in total 20 times; hyperextension exercise on an inclined bench at angle of 45°, total of 15 times; lifting dumbbells forward in front of oneself, total 15 times; lifting dumbbells through sides, total 15 times; then—shrugs standing with dumbbells lifting shoulder, total 15 times, after which—bench press from behind the head, then—sitting on the bench cross traction, 15 times; exercise of shrugs with head tilt, then exercise of upper pulley on chest, sitting, wide grip, 15 times; then—pullover, sitting in a crossover on a bench with an inclined back, angle of 45°, then—head crunches, then shoulder rotation, 15 times, standing squats, 20 times, lifting on toes, standing, deadlift with a straight leg from the upper block, 20 times; then proceeding to an exercise that provides decompression of neck vessels, thereafter, the manual exposure is followed by the manual exposure on the occipital-vertebral muscles until the patient develops muscle tension.
EFFECT: method provides faster onset of therapeutic effect.
