The method is carried out by bandaging parts of the human body, manual actions and exercises. Bandaging is performed with varying degrees of tension, twisting and with a different number of revolutions. The impact is complex and step by step on all joints, ligaments, bones, cartilage, muscles, blood vessels. Such techniques are used both separately and in combination: circular movements, inclinations, adduction and dilution, turns, compression and opening of the hands, flexion and extension, raising and lowering, twisting, stretching, marching with raising the knees, coughing, opening and closing the mouth, pressing, tapping on the bandaged areas, squeezing, kneading, weighting the health specialist, pulling, massaging the buttocks by the health specialist in a circular motion, and pressing.
