A composition for treating and preventing upper airway diseases in the form of a nasal spray containing herbal ingredients, characterized by the fact that the composition contains, wt.%: Siberian fir extract – phytoncidal extract 60.0; ProbioLys – complex of lacto, bifido and propionate bacteria lysates 2.0; Esobel lake salt – dry concentrated extract of highly mineralized mud 1.0; lysozyme hydrochloride 1.0; D-panthenol 1.0; hyaluronic acid 0.15; common marigold flowers extract 0.1; yarrow herb extract 0.1; potassium sorbate 0.1; water – balance.
EFFECT: above composition for nasal application in the form of a spray is effective for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the upper airways.
