FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for producing a fermentolysate of a biomass of methane-oxidising bacteria, involving enzymatic hydrolysis of a bacteria suspension using an enzyme preparation which is an enzyme preparation obtained from pancreas and/or pancreatine obtained from cattle or pigs, in amount of 5000 to 7000 units of proteolytic activity per 1 kg of absolutely dry substance bacteria at pH from 7 to 8.5, temperature from 45 to 55 °C for a period of time from 4 to 12 hours. Invention also relates to a product obtained using said method.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with a high content of short-chain peptides with a molecular weight equal to 150-1000 Da that may be efficiently used for manufacture of fodder additives and biologically active food additives.
