SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing fermentolysates of bacteria Methylococcus capsulatus. Method comprises adding a bacterial suspension into a reactor Methylococcus capsulatus enzyme preparation. Enzyme preparation used is protosubtilin in amount of 4,500–6,000 activity units per 1 kg of absolutely dry biomass of bacteria, wherein the fermentolysis process is carried out at temperature of 55–60 °C for 2 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accessibility of intracellular substances.
