FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway signalling, centralization and interlocking devices. System for controlling train movement based on a three-wire rail circuit comprises: a rail line without insulating joints, throttle-transformers, which common outputs are connected to grounding conductor, tone frequency rail circuits, tone frequency signal generators, first and second frequency track receivers and corresponding first and second tone frequency band-pass filters, voltage meters, information processing and conversion unit, commands generation unit, rail circuit and rail thread state indication unit and data transmission unit. To the outputs of each tone frequency signals generator and to the outputs of each frequency track receiver, corresponding voltage meters are connected, outputs of which are connected to corresponding inputs of information processing and conversion unit, to additional inputs of which are directly connected outputs of each tone frequency signal generator and outputs of each frequency track receiver.
EFFECT: high throughput and high level of controllability of the system.
