FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of structures using a metal tongue, and more specifically to the structures of locks for connecting tongue and groove elements and can be used mainly in the tongue-and-groove type enclosing welded elements connection to create the tongue and groove walls, as well as in the road fence concrete blocks connection. Locking connection of piles in the tongue and groove wall contains two flat elements with longitudinal T-shaped protrusions at the ends facing each other, placed with gaps inside the open cavities of the symmetrical cage, separated by a continuous longitudinal bridge, wherein lengthwise slots are made at the case side surfaces to communicate the case outer surface with inner cavities. Surfaces of the inner longitudinal cavities of the cage at the point of their coupling with the T-shaped projections of the flat elements are arranged on a circle with a common centre of symmetry O and are made in form of parts of circular cylindrical surface with radius R or in form of flat surfaces symmetrically arranged at angles β to axis X-X on chords of base circle with radius R, and corresponding surfaces of T-shaped protrusions are made in form of cylindrical surfaces with radius (0.95-1.05)R, wherein lengthwise slots at case side surfaces feature wedge-like shape extending from case inner surfaces to outer surfaces.

EFFECT: increase in the lock joint strength and reliability due to the tensile forces uniform transfer between all the connection elements with their skew, increasing angle of distortion between elements to 15-20° without increasing the gaps in the connection, reducing the metal consumption and reducing the labour intensity of manufacturing and installation.
