FIELD: medicine; educating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training models and simulators and can be used in abdominal surgery. Simulator for training techniques of periadventitial, subadventitial dissection and plasty of arteries includes an organocomplex of an abdominal cavity fixed with 2% formalin with installed cannulas in the orifices of a celiac trunk and a superior mesenteric artery. Cannula is fitted with PVC tubes that connect a Janet syringe and a manometer.
EFFECT: simulator makes it possible to realistically reproduce conditions of performing surgical techniques on arteries of hepatopancreatobiliary area and to work out technique of performing periaventitial and subadventitial dissection of common hepatic and superior mesenteric arteries.
