FIELD: metal cutting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal cutting devices and can be used in production of band, disc, reciprocating and other saw blades intended primarily for cutting metals, as well as composites and other hard materials. Blade comprises toothed part with cutting teeth. At least one structural element is made on the toothed part among the cutting teeth, which provides destruction of the surface of the processed material of the workpiece parallel to the side of the saw blade to the distance of the length of the channel sawing the workpiece within the limits of the width of the said channel.
EFFECT: longer life of saw blades on metal and their teeth due to reduced load on saw blade teeth by lowering resistance to cutting of material in the saw channel, reduced vibrations of the blade and its deformation.
