SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to computer engineering and can be used for cell analysis. Method is carried out using a cell analyser comprising a first processor, a second processor and a flow cytometer, and comprises: obtaining, based on the control of the first processor, matrix data on each of the plurality of cells in the sample by flowing the sample in the channel irradiated with the light beam and detecting signals from the irradiated cells in the sample, wherein the matrix data have, as matrix data elements, values, each of which corresponds to the signal intensity obtained at the time point while the cell is irradiated in the duct; execution by a second processor of parallel processing for processing matrix data in accordance with an artificial intelligence algorithm containing a plurality of matrix operations; and classification by the first processor based on the result of parallel processing of the cell type for each of the plurality of cells.
EFFECT: providing the required efficiency of processing data having an increased amount of information on the cell.
