Disclosed is a method implemented by the device, which includes: a step of obtaining a group of first parameters, which includes a first parameter obtained by analysing an image including a cell contained in a sample taken from the subject; a step of obtaining a group of second parameters, which includes a second parameter obtained by analysing an optical signal or an electrical signal obtained from each cell contained in the sample; and a step of generating, by using a computer algorithm, information supporting differentiation to support differentiation of diseases based on a group of first parameters and a group of second parameters.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides supporting differentiation of diseases by simple sample preparation.
