SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and may be used in designs of brachytherapeutic apparatuses. Device for supporting the ampoule line of a brachy-apparatus includes a retractable rod element configured to be connected at one end to the front panel of the brachy-apparatus under the brachy-apparatus channel selection unit, and a support for supporting the ampoule line, which is located and fixed on the support by means of gravity, attached to the telescopic rod element perpendicular to its axis, wherein the length of the retractable rod element from the point of its attachment to the front panel of the brachy-apparatus to the point of its connection to the support corresponds to half the length of the ampoule line.

EFFECT: high accuracy of positioning a source or imitator moved through the ampoule line, as well as longer service life of the ampoule line.
