FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry. Method includes weaving, fabric dyeing with fluorescent dyes and final finishing by impregnation, application of a three-layer coating with intermediate drying between layers, final drying and heat setting of the coating. The bottom of the warp and weft of the fabric are made of incombustible textured polyester threads, and the warping is made of antistatic threads; then the fabric is impregnated, while the first and the second coating layers are formed by applying the composition, and the third coating layer is made of an aqueous dispersion of polyurethane acrylate based on 2,4 toluene diisocyanate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate in a ratio of 95: 5 with a concentration of 50-60%. In this case, the mass ratio of polyester and antistatic threads in the fabric is (95-99) :( 5-1); and the surface density of the fabric is 120.0-140.0 g/m2.
EFFECT: increased fire resistance, oil-, oil-, water repellency of the fluorescent polyester fabric and the maintained high protective properties of the fabric after repeated washings.
