SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for mounting acoustic device with help of bracket. Acoustic device placed on a vertical surface comprises at least a reader configured to interact with the passive bracket identification means, a processor, memory at least containing a program code which, when executed by a processor, provides interaction of said reader with said passive identification means to obtain an identification signal, and processor-controlled audio output means, wherein acoustic device is intended for placement on vertical surface by means of bracket, wherein on the side of the acoustic device facing the vertical surface, a recess is made for a protrusion formed by the bracket, comprising at least one ferromagnetic or magnetic element, and the corresponding opposite magnetic or ferromagnetic element is placed in the recess.

EFFECT: provision of quick disconnection of the bracket and the device installed on it, as well as provision of accurate positioning of the device in space.
