FIELD: cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of oil-and-gas tubing of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits and ice and may be used in oil-and-gas industry outdoors in cold climate conditions. Device for cleaning external and internal threads of tubing string, including a steam generating plant with a cavitation steam generator, wherein output of cavitation steam generator through heat-insulating steam line, lance and nozzle is tightly connected with working chamber provided with two coaxial holes, first is for lance nozzle tight connection to working chamber, and the second is for inserting a part of the tubing with a cleaned thread inside the working chamber, which is made in the form of a rubber-based housing, wherein linear spring-loaded conical stop is arranged axially on the side of first hole and rigidly connected via base with hollow metal perforated two-link telescopic rod, which is tightly jointed with lance nozzle and is an atomizer with multiple perforated holes. Invention also discloses methods of cleaning thread of tubing string.

EFFECT: reduced time of cleaning, increased quality of cleaning, reduced consumption of used liquid.
