FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and in particular to methods for heating a liquid and generating steam for industrial use in the oil and gas industries. In a method for producing steam, including feeding a liquid into the working cavity of a steam generator, forming a high-speed flow of a rotating liquid, heating a liquid in a working cavity of a steam generator due to mechanical cavitation, creating a two-phase steam-water medium in a working cavity of a steam generator and extracting steam, according to the invention, the working cavity of a cavitation steam generator is supplied preheated magnetized liquid, wherein the liquid is supplied continuously in an automatic mode through the nozzles of the adaptive supply of magnetized liquid (ASML), monitoring the difference in the pressure drop "inlet-outlet" of the steam generator, the working cavity of the steam generator, exceeding the value of the excess pressure, and increasing the liquid supply with a decrease in pressure in the working cavity of the steam generator, maintaining it at a value greater than the specified mode of steam supply at the outlet.
EFFECT: automation of the steam production process, increase in device productivity and efficiency, ease of use, increase in MTBF even in areas with harsh climatic conditions.
