FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery and coloproctology, and can be used for forming a neoappendicostoma with an antireflux valve. Neoappendicostoma is formed of a colonic wall by means of a linear stapling apparatus to form a flap on the feed vessel and to apply serous sutures between a base of the neoappendix and a fold of the supporting colonic wall to form an antireflux valve. Surgical intervention is laparoscopic. Feed vessel is located on a mesenteric side of the ascending colon. First suture is applied and taken as an external reference point of the neo-appendix base. Second traction suture is applied at the level of a dissector edge and taken as an external reference point of a blind end of the neoappendix. Ascending colon is laid down with the use of sutures to dilute the branches of the stapling apparatus in the abdominal cavity. Intestinal wall duplication of the width equal to a dissector diameter is brought above a stapling cartridge edge. First traction suture is removed from a base of the neoappendix; with the second suture, the formed neoappendix is moved to the medial side. Triangular skin incision is made along an inferolateral wall of the umbilical fossa. Tunnel is formed to bring out the neoappendix. Lumen of the neo-appendix is opened within a blind end.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a surgical extent and a risk of intra- and postoperative complications accompanying neoappendicostomy formation.
